Warming, soothing, grounding, skin softening treatment oil. To balance and treat Vata type in particular and for general soothing massage and treatment. The treatment oil is based on cold-pressed organic vegetable oils (sunflower seed, sesame and jojoba oil) into which domestic organic herbs have been extracted (burdock root, chamomile flowers, oat sprouts, lemon balm, fennel seeds, nettle and plantain leaves, calendula, heather, yarrow and St. John’s wort flowers) and organic rosemary. Additional power is provided by Finnish flower therapeutic extracts (Aputipat (water lily, forest star, Rhododendron tomentosum, spruce, pine, nettle and plantain).

Massage into the treated area as needed. In addition to Ayurveda treatments, use it in other massages as well. For intensive treatment of dry skin, use Vata oil in the heat of the sauna after showering. This allows the oil to be absorbed deep into the skin tissue.
