OIVA sells products to adult individuals.

The prices of e-commerce products include 7.7% TVA. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.





We strive to be as accurate as possible and to display images on the site as well as possible in order to obtain as much truthful information as possible about the product and its availability. Please let us know if you find any deficiencies in the online store.


While we do our best, typos and inaccuracies are possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We will also update site information without notice. OIVA will also reserve the right to cancel or change the order due to possible price or stock errors.


All images and texts on our website are the property of OIVA, partners or brands sold in the online store. Copying or using the images and data for commercial purposes without the permission of OIVA is prohibited. If you borrow images from our site (for example, for your blog), it is permitted, as long as you remember to indicate that you have taken it from our website for the image and / or text. Please also add a link to that product. You can refer to our image as follows: “Image borrowed from the OIVA.ch online store here (link to image or text).”

It is possible for the customer to place an order at OIVA.ch or via e-mail. The purchase agreement is created when OIVA has confirmed the customer’s order and the customer has received the order confirmation via email. Sometimes the automatic e-commerce order confirmation does not reach the e-mail provided by the customer. In this case, the customer can confirm that the order has been received by sending an email to OIVA (bonjour@oiva.ch). OIVA confirms the order was successful by replying to the message.


If you have ordered a product that has run out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. We will give you an estimate of when the product in question will be added to our warehouse and when the product can be sent to you as a post-delivery. Alternatively, we can refund the price of the product or, if you wish, exchange the product for another product.





The order will be delivered directly to your home as a package or by letter. We ship orders within 1-3 business days.


Carriers do not carry packages on weekends or public holidays. Please note that on campaign days, public holidays and in exceptional cases, packing and delivery by transport companies may take a little longer.

Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will try to send it to you as soon as possible. You can write delivery wishes at the checkout in the comments field.


We have a standard shipping cost of 8 CHF.





If you have ordered products from us but would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible. It is possible to cancel the order and make changes to it as long as the order has not yet left our warehouse. If we have already submitted your order, you will no longer be able to make changes to it. Upon receipt of your order, you have the right to exchange or return the products you have received in accordance with our return policy.
