The Himalayan salt is the cleanest salt in the world working as an ionizer and air refresher in your sauna. Breathing the salt particles is especially beneficial to people suffering from allergies or asthma.
Place the stove cup with the salt inside it among the stones on your sauna’s stove when the sauna is not in use.
If you have an electric sauna, place the stove cup so that it does not touch the heating elements!
Do not throw water into the cup, it will melt the salt. The cup can also be used together with sauna fragrance by adding 2-3 drops of fragrance into the cup.
